I designed The Moments of Reflection app to help people reflect and observe their feelings about 9/11 on it’s fifteen year anniversary. It consisted of a series of quotes to meditate on at 9:11am and 9:11pm.
Each powerful quote encouraged the user to contemplate their emotions around this tragedy from a different perspective. This was my small way of helping people cope with the anger and sadness, that still rises when this date comes up.

I created all of the art used in the app, and carefully selected every quote. Then worked with animators and sound designers to create the ambiance neccessary for comtemplation, day and night.
Develping the app, even though very simple in its nature, was a great learning experience for future projects.
